I am looking for a position that will utilise my ability to communicate in multiple languages and will challenge me. I am a quick learner, I am motivated by hard work, I enjoy problem-solving, and I pay attention to detail. In my role as a team member that works with people, as well as a solo worker. Being employed by a busy company would give me the sense of accomplishment and drive I need in my work, respectively. I like to think of myself as respectful and reliable.

Crew Member - McDonalds

I work as a Crew Member at McDonald's, where I am responsible for providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. My duties included taking customer orders, operating tills and handling payments, preparing food and drinks, and ensuring orders were completed accurately and efficiently. I also maintained cleanliness throughout the restaurant and followed food hygiene and health and safety procedures at all times.

During this role, I developed strong communication and teamwork skills by working closely with colleagues during busy periods to ensure excellent service. I also improved my ability to work under pressure, manage my time effectively, multitask, and handle customer queries professionally. The experience helped me become more reliable, adaptable, and confident in dealing with customers and working in a demanding environment.
