I’m Elisa. I live in London and it’s here that I learn how to be a good pastry chef, baker and decorator. I love pastries and I love this jobs, I’m a fast learner and I love always something new.

Pastry chef – Chef de partie at Art,otel in Battesea power station (2023-07 – Present)

• I'm one to the pastry chef in the pastry section, I'm in charge to make all the pastries for the counter connected to the restaurant of the hotel. Here I learn to use the lamination machine for the preparation of croissant, pain au chocolat and many different pastry like buns, Italian doughnuts, maritozzi and cookie. I also learn to make a good macarons and some type of tart, glaze and jam, I'm also a baker and I made the bread fresh every morning (focaccia, white bread and rye bread)

I were one breakfast chef, in charge of all preparations of the classic English breakfast, included the different types of eggs, cleaning of the all sections inside the kitchen

I were a pastry chef in this Japanese Patisserie, I made basic Mille crepes with different flavours like matcha, vanilla, chocolate, earl grey and oreo. I were in charge to do also the different short cakes like strawberry, mango and matcha. I packaged and cut any cake and to my homework was to mix ingredients in the morning.
