I have worked in the hospitality sector ensuring customers are satisfied with the service we provide. Each shift brings new obstacles which will challenge decisions I make, I work my hardest to ensure customers are satisfied with there food and make sure it's the highest quality. I work well in a team and make quick decisions under pressure.

I have also worked in boots as a customer advisor and do jobs such as tills, locating and giving advice to customers about products and although I work in the retail department with it being a pharmacy it has gave me experience being in that environment also. I also worked as a sales advisor for no7 helping to drive sales and help customers with the makeup and skin care. Currently I work in a nursery and I'm working towards my level 2 in childcare which has gave me experience in early years childcare.
