I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, as well as a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have worked with a variety of ages (17-80), as well as diverse cultures and backgrounds. I have experience providing short and long-term therapy, by way of face-to-face, telephone and Zoom.
My expertise can support those with a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, bereavement, loss, relationship issues, lack of confidence and financial worries. I have experience in providing short-term and long-term therapy to adults, as well as young adults, from various backgrounds and cultures.
I have gained experience by volunteering within the NHS, where I provided short-term therapy to GP referrals.
