I offer Counselling and therapy for adults and young people in a safe, comfortable and private setting. I am a registered member of BACP and BABCP fully qualified and highly experienced Integrative Counsellor and CBT Psychotherapist.

I qualified as an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Therapist. I worked in the charity sector - The CASSEL Centre and MIND, offering counselling and CBT for several years before my work with the NHS offering CBT and Integrative Counselling to young people and adults since 2019.

I am an Integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) for adults and young people, informed in neurodiversity. I possess a versatile and holistic approach which enables me to incorporate techniques and knowledge from the psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and systemic approaches. This combination allows for a highly personalized and effective therapeutic experience, as I can adapt my approach based on your unique circumstances and goals.

My personal experience of adversity and mental health challenges, makes me an extremely empathic non-judgemental clinician. I believe in the individuals growth and healing capacity through therapeutic interventions. 

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer a range of services to address various mental health needs and concerns encompassing a wide array of mental health specialist areas of provision.

Individual Therapy: One-on-one counselling or therapy sessions to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and personal growth.

Child and Adolescent Therapy: A counselling service tailored to children and adolescents dealing with issues such as behavioural problems, school-related challenges, emotional regulation, ASD (autism) / ADHD, and family issues. I am an NVR informed clinician and I am able to apply the concepts of NVR - non violent resistance, to help with entrenched family conflict.

Group Therapy: Therapy sessions conducted with a group of individuals who share similar concerns or goals, such as support groups for adults and young people struggling with OCD and anxiety; and for parents through the delivery of the FLASH and NVR programmes.

In person and Online Counselling: Offering counselling and therapeutic services face to face, or via secure online platforms to increase accessibility and convenience for clients.
