Worked closely with the production team to ensure customer orders were up to high standards, ran a team of 6 members where I would coach them to ensure they delivered the quality and tasks that were required from the company.

I started off as a replen assistant and within that role I carried out the duties of working stock that came in. I then moved to the customer service desk where my main duties were to help and advise customers and deal with any complaints they may have had. I then spent time as a team leader at the checkouts where my duties were ensuring the customer wait time for being served was as quick as possible also I did the teams rotas and dealt with any till over/ shorts we may have had.

I then moved to the cash office to be a shift supervisor where my duties were counting tills banking cash out to G4S dealing with till over/ shorts, handling high value stock and being accountable for any issues. I then moved into admin where my duties were dealing with store orders, safe and legal audits, dealing with customers enquiries through the telephone helping the store deal with waste and shrink issues. I then moved on to be the cafe manager where I managed a team to deliver excellent customer service and fantastic quality of meals as well as dealing with stock movement and stock control.
