I am currently a student at the University of Manchester as well as a Brand Ambassador for WDS. I am a highly motivated individual, balancing both a successful work and academic life. I have a wealth of experience in customer facing and food service roles, which make me suited to any role. I still want to develop my skills further and challenge myself to be the best I can be.

Over the three years I worked at McDonalds, I was able to learn and develop an array of various customer service, money handling, hygiene and food safety skills. I worked on both front of house and behind the scenes tasks, which allowed me to develop these skills.
Volunteer - British Heart Foundation
(2024-09 - 2025-12)
During my time at volunteering at the BHF, I was able to develop my merchandise handling skills, recording new intakes, setting out shop displays, and organising clothes into various distinct categories. I also developed my skills behind the till, serving customers to the best of my ability.
Brand Ambassador - Warehouse Demonstration Services (WDS)

During my time at WDS, I have been able to greatly improve my communication, sales, and time management skills. As we work alone, it is important that I manage my various tasks, whilst also still engaging with and selling to customers various food products.
