Established own consultancy Priyome Consulting as a vessel for working with Boards as a Strategy Advisor and full life cycle strategic project manager. Has since been working closely with NRS International a leading private industry leader in manufacturing and developing core relief essentials for the humanitarian community. Advised the entrepreneurial Managing Director and family Board on a range of activities from M&A to Group/product diversification, Greenfield start-ups, innovation, and major commercial bid support.
- Developed pricing strategies for products including the tender of tents and mosquito nets globally, which has resulted in securing a US$17m tender in Dubai and cUS$60m in other commercial bids and tenders with profits increasing 25%.
- Shaped and executed a new market entry strategy, leading the in-field assessment and business development consulting personally with NGOs in Nepal to secure 6 new business partners, resulting in US$1.3m revenues generated.
- As a result of the above was invited as a private sector representative to the Nepal disaster planning international meeting cluster. Efforts resulted in NRS receiving a UPS International Disaster Relief Award for its integrated and immediate response in the aftermath of the 2015 Nepal earthquake.
- Following the Groups decision to establish an agri-business in Pakistan: Developed a strategy for penetrating into the spoon and powdered milk market; structured and won a one year US$950,000 lifting agreement with Pakistan Military for milk production from a dairy farm to balance risk-reward.
- Led the full life cycle of a US$10m dairy farm Greenfield project including a 5-year/3-phase growth strategy for the acquisition of heads of cattle (phase I - 1,000 heads to phase III - 5,000 heads).
- Led tenacious commercial negotiations with Australian cattle brokers and reduced the price for the procurement of 1,000 heads of cattle from US$1.5m to US$1m.
- Strategy advisor of US$3m Greenfield edible oil factory: Advised on a go-to-market strategy, a growth strategy, procurement, and sourcing of raw material.
- Transformed an underperforming Group Solar Co. acquisition, leading a product rebrand for greater consumer recognition and a Malawi microfinance projected which increased sales revenue from US$100,000 to US$220,000.
- Led Business Development activities with an INGO for the procurement and installation of solar lighting for a US$370,000 compound in South Sudan.
- Advised against a US$4.65m asset acquisition target in Malaysia, uncovering socio-economic issues which saved US$10m ill investment.
- Led the sale of the family's portfolio of London high-end properties, shaping and executing a pricing strategy which delivered 32% ROI over 5 years.
- Acted as a key strategic advisor following the CEO's decision to acquire London hotels, undertaking feasibility studies and financial/marketing/locations/ demographic analysis to advise on £25m investment per unit.
- Shaped a Hotel Management strategy, identifying/negotiating franchise agreements with Marriott Edition & Accor.

Ventmed specialises in the sourcing and distribution of respiratory consumable products used in Acute care, Emergency care and Homecare settings.
- Developed a Go-to-Market strategy and project led the Company start-up including establishing a legal entity.
- Designed the operational infrastructure and embedded all associated SOPs, including finance, marketing, a HR department including all policies and procedures, board governance, and Customer Care and After Care departments.
- As business development lead, built a network of remote agents, fostered relationships and secured business with 20+ leading NHS Acute Hospital Trusts as well as a range of private clinics.
