Ella Bage

I am a self-motivated, reliable and compassionate BSc (Hons) Psychology with Sociology graduate, currently working as a Young Persons Recovery Coordinator at North Tyneside Recovery Partnership. I support children, young people and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed interventions while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals. Alongside my professional role, I have undertaken leadership and research-focused fellowships, developing skills in independent research, stakeholder engagement, project management and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.

I am passionate about improving mental health services through evidence-based practice and aspire to build a career within psychological research and clinical psychology.

Young Persons Recovery Coordinator - North Tyneside Recovery Partnership

• Provide one-to-one support and case management for young people with substance misuse and mental health challenges.
• Conduct holistic assessments, including risk assessments and recovery planning using trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
• Deliver interventions focused on harm reduction, recovery, wellbeing and resilience.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, schools and multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated support.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports in line with the organisational and safeguarding policies.
• Promote safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
• Empower young people to make positive changes and access appropriate services and opportunities.
