I spent 3 months working at a summer camp in America where I worked with children aged 7-17 to deliver a structured yet personalised programme. This included working on climbing walls, zip line and high ropes while ensuring camper safety, supervision and high morale. I communicated effectively with supervisors and coworkers as a team player to build a sense of community. At the end of the summer, I received an award for being the most exceptional support person of the year.

My role as a personal shopper consisted of retrieving items from shelves ensuring accuracy, quality and speed for home deliveries. I also developed my skills in other departments across the store so I could help on the tills and in keeping the storefront fully stocked, clean and well presentable. I took pride in assisting customers with any inquiries or requests in finding certain items.
I believe this role helped to develop my customer service skills and allowed me to build a positive work ethic due to the early mornings and hearty shifts alongside being a full-time student.
