I am a qualified teacher who has just finished a position in an SEN setting which I loved but I really missed being a nanny/childminder and therefore have come on here to offer my services as a nanny who can cover the weekdays, weekends/any events you may have lined up and transition to full time nannying. I still work as a supply teacher occasionally too.
Throughout my time at university to become a teacher, I discovered my love for children and young people. Therefore, I would love to find more people within my local area to care for and have fun with! I really enjoy helping others maintain their independence and providing others with an empathetic and caring environment. Alongside having lots of fun!
I hold respect as the main important quality as I am supporting many different areas of their life, for example, their happiness, health and day to day wellbeing. I have a clear awareness that the support they receive is highly impactful in their lives. I display reliability within my work, I know that some families heavily rely on myself for tasks such as feeding, hydrating and changing their children.
For me, children and young persons safety is always paramount when in my duty of care and I look forward to making memories with more wonderful young people. I’m more than happy to take children out for fun trips and exploring or support within the home.
