I am currently working with children from ages of 4-19 years old with special educational needs or disabilities during their time on transport, ensuring their safety and comfort. My job role Involves supervising the children, managing challenging behaviour, operating mobility equipment and assisting with hand overs to staff at the school or parents/carers at pick ups and drop offs.
