I have recently left school and I am waiting for my GCSE results, with predicted grades of 4s across all subjects. I am passionate about working with children and aspire to become a teacher in the future. I have developed strong leadership and teamwork skills through my volunteer role as a young leader at my local scout group, as well as through completing the Chief Scout Gold Award. I am proactive, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to personal development.

• Lead and assist with activities for children, helping to develop their skills in various areas, such as teamwork, outdoor pursuits, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for participants.
• Organize and help run events, contributing to the smooth operation of the Scout group's activities.
