Work Experience - The Rossendale Trust

The Rossendale Trust is a local charity which provides supported living for adults with learning disabilities. This experience further demonstrated the impact of funding cuts in the social care sector.

• Helped out and participated in day-centre activities such as gardening, games, arts and crafts, media
• Went out on a day trip with residents and played sports with them
• Contributed to the Trust's 50th Anniversary events by putting up decorations, setting out tables and chairs and cooking scones
