A personable, articulate and analytical specialist with a Master's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Highly skilled in reporting and able to produce complex documents, including risk assessments and custodial reports, to an exceptional standard. Experienced in managing sensitive and challenging situations. Proud to support up to 100 high- to low-risk offenders at any one time with sentence plans, parole and rehabilitation.
· Managing a caseload of over 100 individuals, building strong and effective relationships with the goal of rehabilitation and delivering change.
· Report writing and risk assessments, analysing documents alongside CCTV footage and phone calls to make informative decisions regarding release, progression and parole.
· Information sharing with relevant agencies such as Probation, Police, Social Workers and Victim Liaison Officers.
· Solution focused support when issues arise. Finding a quick and helpful alternative to roadblocks with regards to progression for an individual.
