I have worked in the hospitality industry for nearly 5 and have a large range of experience working in different settings. my job includes serving customers to a high level of customer service and ensuring guests have the best visit during their stay. I also have experience with admin work including communicating clearly and professional through calls and emails, completing paperwork and cashing up. I am currently completing my masters degree and have acquired many skills that are transferable to the workplace such as time and task management, presentation skills and IT knowledge.
