Hello my names Ellie Willis and I am currently looking for my next step in the working world preferably in a roll that includes cleaning and taking care of people and allowing them to have fun. Although i am still quite young (22) I am very punctual, reliable, dedicated, hard working and have great communication skills I also really enjoy working in fast pace situations.

Working alone in a fast pace environment. Using the computer system to check people in and offer advice on skin and eye safety as well as maintaining a high cleanliness facility to managing happy customers.

I originally started this job on weekends and school holiday during college. In 2024 I got the opportunity to become a supervisor, as a supervisor I have to.

• Respond to emails and calls from customers
• Book children's birthday parties in person and over the phone
• Deal with negative and positive feedback from customers
• Cash up tills
• Be responsible for keys to the building to open and close
• Run a team of staff and ensure they are satisfied and get legal breaks depending on age
• Put through food order delivery's in order to ensure we have correct stock to satisfy customers
• Do rotas for staff
• Approve or deny staff holiday request
• Know how to work every station from reception to the kitchen [ I have a certificate of food allergy and a level two certificate in food safety/ food hygiene]
• Run SEN sessions for children with sensory education needs.
• Manage the cleanliness of the facilities from toilets to play equipment.

Gym Receptionist at Platinum gym (2020-01 – 2020-01)

Work experience in a gym during year 11, at this work placement I sighed people in and took their entry payments using the till, I made protein shakes and protein meals for customers as well as keeping up the cleanliness of the place from the machines to the toilets.

Child's Mascot at Daisy duke flower shop (2018-04 – 2018-08)

I was a child's entertainment mascot at my mums friends flower shop on weekends, in which I dressed up as an elephant handing out leaflets and travelling to local parks to promote the business and help children have fun.
