Having primary responsibility for trading a regional feed wheat book within the grains team I have a helped to drive profitability of the desk using my regional strategy and looking for trading opportunities in the domestic UK feed wheat market. To drive this profitability, I have used regional spreads to assess value alongside taking views on derivates and physical markets to ensure best execution of the southern trading book.
