I have been involved in engineering withing the aerospace/defence industry for 10+ years progressing from an apprentice through to a multi discipline test manager.

With this experience comes a drive to learn and understand what is needed to fulfil my position and more going the extra mile to support those around me and business needs.

Speaking of extra miles, I enjoy running in my free-time, regularly meeting friends for social runs and training or pushing our limits running marathons.

A Test Manager now leading a team of multi disciplined engineers supporting planning, day to day tasking, test execution support, reporting, defect management, resource management and personal development.

My testing experience derives from environmental testing within the aerospace/defence industries, I have been involved in the full life cycle development of communications equipment from bid and initial design concepts through to in service support.

From experience as a test engineer I overcome problems with an analytical approach taking in all the information and recommendations available before coming to an agreed solution.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Design Engineering with 1st class honours (IMechE accredited) from the Buckinghamshire New University
