In my current role, I manage the compliance and licensing of over 280 properties across Nottingham City, ensuring alignment with HHSRS, HMO regulations, and building safety legislation. My work involves detailed inspection reporting, risk assessments, and liaising with local authorities, landlords, and contractors to resolve technical issues effectively. I am proactive, solutions-driven, and thrive in environments where quality, regulation, and people all intersect.
I’m a property professional with experience in compliance, inspections, and HMO licensing. I currently manage over 280 properties in Nottingham and also support Uni2Rent with student housing compliance. With a background in property management and a Business and Management degree, I’m now progressing into Building Surveying with an MSc starting this September.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Marketing, PR and Advertising (2:1) from the University of Derby, completed in 2021. I’ll be starting a part-time MSc in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University in September 2025 to deepen my technical expertise in property and construction.
