I'm originally from Belgium but have been living in Scotland for over 10 years. I studied journalism and my work opportunities steered me towards customer support, marketing and translations. I became a part time freelance translator in 2007 and am happy to say that I still enjoy doing it and have a few recurring clients.
I'm currently a team lead for a team of translators and trainer for customer support agents, and while this is remote work it's great to be able to support people (both users and agents) and to see my agents grow during their time with us.
