In this role I worked on the tills handling cash, sales and working in a busy environment. I also helped around the store ensuring stock levels were sufficient. I enjoyed the customer service side of this role and was happy to deal with customer queries as I feel I have excellent communication skills.

In this role I worked confidently alone on the reception desk and dealt with all telephone calls, email enquiries, patient enquiries, scanning and filing documents and greeting all patients with a warm welcome.

In my role as Teaching Assistant in Reception Class I supported the teaching staff providing one to one care to children and help to maintain behavioural standards including supervising those with special educational needs. I help to plan learning activities to suit their needs and can work under pressure when short staffed.

In my current sales advisor role for Bellway my key duties include conducting viewings, negotiating sales, liaising with solicitors and achieving site specific sales targets. I have strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
