sales and marketing

As a door-to-door sales representative, one of my primary responsibilities involved collecting and handling sensitive information from potential clients, such as their address, bank account details and full name and storing it safely to prevent unauthorised access or exposure.
Managed records and detailed information of potential customers, including their contact details, preferences, and purchasing behaviour, ensuring accurate data entry were accurate and customer records up to date for future follow-ups.
At the conclusion of each field day, I initiated team debriefing where each member shared two successes and two areas for improvement. This allowed us to address issues promptly upon returning to the office, ensuring continuous improvement.
Enduring adverse weather conditions, including heavy rain, and freezing temperatures while facing sales challenges until late hours was not uncommon. Amidst such circumstances, I remained resolute, sustaining a positive outlook and unwavering focus on the task at hand. Persistence paid off, as evidenced by securing two sales before the day’s end.

Brand ambassador

As a brand ambassador, it was my responsibility to ensure that I had adequate inventory both on the shop floor and in the warehouse. I had to fill out a stock report at the end of each shift, detailing the amount of stock I had at the bank and in front, so that more could be ordered if necessary. Accurate stock counts were crucial.
Proactively addressed any potential difficulties or roadblocks before they took place. Showed creativity and adaptability in responding to questions or concerns from customers and in addressing unforeseen circumstances. Taking the initiative to find solutions as seen by my dedication to offering excellent customer service.
As it was my first experience serving as an in-store brand ambassador, I didn't know what to do and thought someone would walk me through it. I asked the store employees for assistance as I didn't know what to do, and they answered all my questions and gave me confidence.
Applied the knowledge gained from the training sessions to my daily interactions with customers and colleagues.
