During my time working as an children's transport assistant I built a strong relationship with the children that I transported to school. I ensured that they were happy at all times. I ensured that they had things to do whilst being transported to school.

Whilst in the car I demonstrated respect and friendliness always there to help to talk and to communicate with each child in their own way and ensured that all messages got passed from the parent to their school safely and each of the children got to school happy and on-time.
