Emily Broughton

My name is Emily Broughton, I am a 22-year-old graphic designer, graduating from Manchester School of Art, part of Manchester Metropolitan University in July 2022. I am a hardworking and driven student designer interested in editorial, and advertising and I enjoy being experimental with typography. I have a strong passion for design and a desire to collaborate with other creative minds in a studio environment, I am excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace where I can contribute my skills and learn from experienced designers.

I believe that my strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn will serve me well in pursuing a career in a studio workplace.

I have recently completed my final year at university studying graphic design at Manchester School of Art. Whilst at university I completed an internship with Fairplay-Brands, giving me an insight into a fast-paced studio environment.

I studied my A-Levels at Winstanley College. Art and Design: A*, Graphic Design: A*, English Language: C.

I completed an Art Foundation Diploma at Winstanley College after my A-Levels: Distinction.

I am predicted a first in my degree at Manchester School of Art, in the summer of 2023.
