CATERING ASSISTANT at CARLS BURGERS LTD (2020-01 – 2024-12)
I take orders and payments and also hand out hot and cold drinks. I assist the chef with cooking hot food and also make cold sandwiches. I prepare all bread needed for the customer order. I also interact with the customers whilst they wait for their food that I hand out to the correct customer. This is a family run business with my parents.

I help teach 6 to 15 year old children from white belts up to green, mastering their grading syllabus and techniques. I supervise small groups to help their basic training for the belt they are aim for. I am often used as an example to other students eg. Fighting, blocking and self defence moves. I also start the classes with warm up and stretching exercises before lessons.
SALES ASSISTANT at DORRINGTONS (2024-08 – 2025-11)
I take orders and payments from the customers, make and hand out hot drink. I also make up all the fresh sandwiches, baguettes and rolls in the morning. I prepare and wrap the bread to put on the shelves and also make anything the customers want to order and wrap it up for them. I always make the customers feel welcomed into the shop and make sure they know I’m there if they need help with anything.

I open the cinema and check all the temperatures of the food before serving, I take orders for tickets, food and drinks, which includes taking card and cash payments. I also monitor the film being played and deal with any customers breaking the cinemas rules. I also work as a team to clean the screens once films are finished, clean the toilets and close the cinema down after shifts have finished.
