• Dealing with complaints quickly and efficiently, helping to resolve issues without conflict

• Greeting customers when they walked in, providing them with a happy and warm welcome, allowing them to have a pleasant shopping experience
• Kept the shop clean and presentable throughout the day, maintaining a clean environment for customers to shop in, and colleagues to work in
• Helped dress the windows for specific times of year, and chose books which would attract customers into the shop
• Gained good knowledge in specific areas of the shop, allowing me to provide a more tailored shopping experience to the customers which would come through the door
• Gained skills in writing and responding to customers emails and queries they may have about the shop
