I am a hard-working individual who is caring, empathetic and compassionate about everything I do, I am exceptionally reliable, dynamic and trustworthy. I enjoy new challenges and like to push myself. During my career so far, I have had the opportunity to develop my communication skills which I now believe are exceptional.

I work well in a team but also as an individual. I would like to broaden my knowledge in other industries and develop further. I am keen learner and am ready to advance my career.

Business Administrator, Maximus February 2023- Present

• Responsibilities include: registering Questionnaires, further medical evidence and any other information provided by health care professionals. Prioritise and allocate Health Care Professionals their allocated work, check our inbox and prioritise data which has been sent to us and investigate into missing or incomplete files, leasing with customers and GP surgeries and abating information required. 
• I am proficient with MSRS, DRS and PIP. Using a range of my IT skills daily.
• Responsible for assisting management daily and cover in managers absence. 
• When covering my responsibilities entail: assigning work to a team of 8, completing daily quality checks, liaising with other sections of the company including management, carry out weekly check in meeting with team members and act on any suggestions made.

Teaching Assistant, Eden School (SEMH) April 2022- January 2023

• Ensured I worked within the code of practice- followed all safeguarding legislation.
• Responsible for providing feedback to children, supporting the teacher with photocopying, filing and planning, contributed to annual reviews for children’s EHCP forms, liaising with parents, completing online forms regarding children’s behaviour and covering classes when teacher is absent and marking pupils work.
• I can identify the warning signs of emotional and development issues in children and handle them accordingly.

• Responsible for liaising with new and existing customers at all levels; handling complaints and enquiries, securing new contracts whilst protecting old ones. 
• Achieved a customer retention rate of 90%, ranked 40th in the UK.

Assistant Bar Manager, Morecambe Cricket Club July 2018 – January 2020

• Responsibilities included taking delivery orders, placing food and drink orders to suppliers, managing cash flow within the business, serving customers and arranging function room bookings. 
• Praised for my knowledge of the business and customer interaction, I was promoted to assistant bar manager. This led to more senior responsibilities such as arranging staff rotas, depositing daily cash intakes and securing the premises after each shift.

• OFSTED approved qualification completed from home using virtual learning mediums.
