I am currently a Post-Possession Property Consultant, my main duties include:
- Managing residential property sales on behalf of corporate clients, primarily Lloyds Banking Group, within a high-performing asset management team.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for my portfolio of 90+ corporate-owned properties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction journey.
- Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, contractors, auctioneers and previous owners to ensure smooth progression of sales.
- Manage a high volume of complex and sensitive customer interactions daily while maintaining service standards.
- Consistently achieve monthly exchange and completion targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Contribute to team success, helping secure top allocation status from Lloyds Banking Group asset managers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deliver professional, customer-focused solutions while balancing competing priorities and deadlines, making sure the customers' bests interests are at heart
