I have 10+ years working in the Programme Office, 5 years as an analyst and 5 years as a Lead. I have worked on multiple Programmes across one of the UKs leading Banks using a variety of project management methodologies and tools. I have people management experience and also Prince2 Practitioner qualified. My strengths lay in Stakeholder management and used in my role for Programme start ups to introduce continuous improvement ideas and opportunities.
I recently received voluntary redundancy and seeking my next opportunity in the PMO space.
10 years experience in the Programme Management Office for NatWest, working on up to 7 large and complex change and Remediation Programmes.
I have experience within the Centralised PMO as well as embedded working alongside the Programme Managers.
