I do really enjoy it but being in the air all the time really effects my hearing so I am having to look for a new job. There is a lot of pros of the job as I always see people who are excited and nervous to fly to go on their holidays. The crew are very nice and I get a lot of support.

I am enjoying it but I work on my own most of the time and I would much rather work in a team, I like dealing with customers face to face so that is something I would like to carry on doing.

I did enjoy it, I liked being there for the customers, I took phone calls to people who needed appointments booking, dealing with money etc. I think it's so important to give the best customer service as I can, as you want the customer to feel like their in safe hands with you. I enjoy helping customers when they feel as though their struggling and I will offer is there is anything I can do for them and I am always quick with what I do, I got so much good feedback from customers and managers who listened in to the calls.

I worked for nearly 2 years. I learnt so much from there because that is where my journey began I gained a lot of customer service and understanding that it is so important so give the best customer service and its very professional.

I did enjoy it when I first started and loved the experience and the staff who worked there, they were so kind and supportive, they helped me with anything I did struggle with, but the problem was unfortunately they did not have much staff working there to help me with the job I had to do. I do like a challenge but I definitely knew Dobbies was just not the right job for me at that time due to staff shortness.
