About

A Talent Acquisition and Recruitment professional with experience delivering end to end recruitment, employer branding, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement across fast paced commercial environments.

Currently

Head of Talent & Recruitment at Browns Food Group, leading recruitment strategy, attraction campaigns, and employer brand development. Having grown up with strong exposure to the legal profession, including my mother formerly leading graduate recruitment at Dickson Minto, I have developed a genuine understanding of the culture, expectations, and calibre associated with high performing professional services environments. I am actively seeking opportunities within the professional services sector, particularly within, consultancy, advisory, and people focused organisations, where relationship management, discretion, and client experience are critical.

As a confident and persuasive communicator with a background in psychology, behavioural insight, and stakeholder engagement, I thrive in relationship led, high performance environments and enjoy partnering with people to identify, attract, and retain exceptional talent.
