I look after a boy called Thomas who has a rare brain disorder, he is 19 years old with the age of an 18 month old baby who he amazing we do every aspect of care, dress Thomas, feed Thomas take Thomas out to where ever we can but he can t cope to well with change (transissions) so he can get really aggressive. So.all.differmt ways and skills to be needed.
