Mystery Shopper - Bicester Village
I was a mystery shopper for Bicester village as part of an industry project for my college. I was given a chosen brand, and then act as though I was a customer in the shop to analyse both customer service and general customer experience. Following on from this, my team and I created a powerpoint explaining what went well and areas of improvement. My team was then chosen to showcase our work to the CEO of Bicester Village.
Marketing Assistant - M&S HR
I completed a work placement at Marks and Spencer’s HR. I was a marketing assistant for three weeks where I created a campaign alongside the team, and created new descriptions for products to sell - as well as being heavily involved with the processes in between. I, also, became very familiar with IT aspects such as excel, power point, word, one note and more.
2 years studying at the FRA has given me incredible knowledge surrounding the fashion industry and the roles involved. I left with a diploma in Fashion Retail & Business.
