An experienced, enthusiastic professional with a passion for the events industry. With experience of hosting a variety of events, I enjoy using my creativity and strategic thinking to deliver memorable experiences. I am able to think on my feet and problem solve to ensure the success of my clients’ events.
Along with organization, time management and strong interpersonal skills, I adapt my management style to meet the unique needs of each client throughout the whole event cycle, in order to build and strengthen customer relationships and ensure client retention.
With nine years of customer service experience, I have learnt how to best listen to clients in what they need and want from there experience.
