Head designer for Menswear Outerwear and Lifestyle. Given opportunity to be the Head designer for Female Activewear and Fleece, as well as Menswear Outerwear and Lifestyle after 6 months. Designed AW25/26, SS26 and AW26/27 Collection.
- Forecast trends and range plan for up to 12-18 months ahead using online resources
- Researching sport and technically appropriate products through customer needs assessment and sales reports
- Work closely with retail and buying team with regular meetings to understand customer habits and analysis best sellers for design
- Source fabrics and trims, prints for best design and functionality of all products from materials suppliers or garment factories
- Create brief for any external work done and assess its suitability when it is completed
