Sport, health and exercise graduate with a BSc in Sports, Health and Exercise, a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Exercise Science, and a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. Hands-on experience across injury rehabilitation, athlete support, kinesiology taping, sports massage and personal training in football and clinical settings, with a strong track record of delivering structured, recovery-based programmes and building trusted 1-to-1 relationships with clients.
