I am a very motivated and hard-working individual who always has the interests of others in mind in many different situations. I would take on various roles, such as taking calls and booking appointments for customers, taking cash payments for orders and helping with deliveries as they come in. It is a job where you must be very skilled because if dealing with an upset customer, for example, you must find the right solutions to satisfy them. Hence, the type of skills I have acquired in this job role is patience, good verbal skills and versatility.

I believe attaining these skills have definitely set me up for future career because i will have to be my own leader as well as using my own initiatives.
