Results-driven Production Manager with over 20 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, including paper impregnation, resin application, lacquering and printing systems, laminate flooring, high-gloss surfaces, and CNC operations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage production lines from installation to optimization, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance. Production Manager at Kronospan Ltd. (2023-01 – Present)
Manages the production process in three Paper Impregnation Lines, tracks the performance of work being done and prepares progress reports for the management. Ensures all related production lines operate efficiently and executes all manufacturing activities in accordance with monthly and yearly sales and operational demands. Avoids the possible constraints and manages the team to achieve the targeted level of effectiveness.
Works with Planning Department and Accounting Department to maximize the capacity of the lines, minimize the cost to grow the business with new external customers. Designs the requested product according to customer demands and follows its performance to keep orders continuously. Deals with internal/external customer concerns whenever necessary.
Performs R&D activities in line with market demand and new product studies. Investigates the feasibility of possible new projects and investments to create sustainability and continuous growth. Creates the related business plan and supervises new equipment launches from the design level to standardisation of the process.
Currently provides leadership to a 25-person team in a 4-on 4-off shift pattern with blue collar and white collar employees. Participates in meetings for strategic stages of value-added production processes at top management level. Takes an active role for decisions and needed responsibilities accordingly.

Manages the production process in Laminate Flooring Line, Melamine Press Lines, Paper Impregnation Lines, Hymmen Continue Press Line (Hymmen DBP), Hot Coating Line (High Gloss & Soft Touch Matt Surface), Printing and Lacquering Line, Cut-to-Size and Panel Processing Line (a CNC-based machinery). Involved in all launch activities of these lines including initial set-up of the equipment. Tracked the performance of work being done and prepared progress reports for the management until the lines were operational.
Ensures all related production lines operate efficiently and executes all manufacturing activities in accordance with monthly and yearly sales and operational demands. Avoids the possible constraints and manages the team to achieve the targeted level of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Deals with customer concerns whenever necessary.
Performs R&D activities in line with the market demand and cost reduction studies. Supervises new equipment launches. Currently provides leadership for 220-person team in three shifts with white collar and blue collar employees.
Participates in meetings for strategic stages of value-added production processes. Takes an active role for decisions and needed responsibilities accordingly. Leads ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 across departments implementations.
