I am a motivated and approachable sixth form student, I have a lot of interest in developing a career in retail and customer service. I currently study media studies, business and health & social care which has helped me gain an excellent communication, teamwork, and organisation skills. I am hard working, punctual and hardworking.

I am looking for a part time or weekend job opportunity where I can work with a team and show my skills. Even though I am still in school and developing my professional experience, my education and work experience has allowed me to develop skills useful to retail. Through media studies and health &social care I now brainstorm ideas fast, I can communicate, I can analyse information and put other’s opinions and viewpoints into consideration.

Studying business has helped me understand how a workplace runs such as customer service, sales, marketing, and the importance of customer needs. Balancing sixth form with application for part-time employment has helped me gain organisation skills, time management, and responsibility.

Work experience placement - Marks & Spencer

I have gained retail experience through 1 week of work experience placement at Marks & Spencer, where I helped support shop floor, stock tasks and interacted with customers. I am strong confidence with communication with others, fast to adapt to things and comfortable working in busy teams.
