I was given the opportunity during my College course with insight to gym sessions intended to reach specific fitness goals as well as additional methods of training that they often included in their routine to improve their overall experience which in turn has kept the “sports club” reputation high from the level of care in membership plans within, to the high tech equipment and other health departments behind personalised plans especially.

In my roles as a cash desk volunteer at the furniture and electrical retail store, I provided customer service to build relationships, merchandising and assisted cleaning tasks, that has awarded me with insight to new goods, donated goods and gift aid also, placement of products on the shop floor and witnessing the reactions that reintroduced past memories for them resulting in me influencing customers or visitors that just came to check out the store for the first time to other similar products to bring the excitement of having an item to care for, for an extensive amount of time in most of my sales.
