I’m a registered theatre nurse specialised in cardiac theatres and a former clinical educator.

I came across on the advertisement that you are in need of Cardiac Scrub nurse position which I am interested to apply. As a theatre nurse practitioner and with a decent years of experience , I do believe that I am suitable for this post as I have strong years of clinical experience in operating room in scrubbing, circulating in different types of specialties, assisting and teaching students and supervising newly qualified staff give me the confidence and boost my knowledge and skills to impart what I have learned for those years in your organization.

Through my clinical experience I’ve developed strong skills in the planning, patient care, and interdisciplinary teamwork.

As a Theatre nurse and former clinical educator it is my passion for teaching continuous growth and learning opportunities by incorporating features such as clinical assessments, practical application of theory, evaluation, and being a role model that made me apply for this position. Prior to be a clinical instructor , I was an instructor in one of the training centre in Saudi Arabia for a Caregiver course for overseas workers who seek an opportunity to join in the healthcare profession. My objective as a theatre nurse is to foster and nurture them in my ability to think critically and bring creativeness and to provide guidance and motivates them by applying my Previous and current experiences.

Personally, I do have a positive attitude towards the personal and professional growth, and value ongoing learning and will strive harder to instill the same into my colleagues learning journey…
