Cyber Security Consultant Apprentice - Cool Waters Cyber

My role as a front-line cyber security consultant requires me to be a flexible and adaptable worker, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and support both technical and operational requirements as needed. This involves using software such as CIPP, Microsoft admin centers, Mosyle and Apple Business Manager to perform support requests that have been submitted by our clients directly. This includes creating and editing user accounts, password resets, and other technical issues.

A key part of my role was developing and writing policies and procedures that were then successfully implemented company-wide and also implemented, in customer's companies, supporting consistency, compliance and best practice. I contributed to the development of a custom in-house auditing and compliance tool, supporting its design and continuous improvement. I also act as a scribe during tabletop exercises, and help to ensure accurate documentation of discussions, actions and outcomes.

I am also a professional freelance soloist dancer and perform in large theatres before audiences of hundreds, demonstrating confidence, discipline and the ability to perform under pressure. I have developed strong memory and focus through learning and perfecting complex choreography, as well as creativity through choreographing original pieces. I also support the development of younger students by assisting with teaching and chaperoning, showing responsibility, leadership and clear communication skills.
