I gained lettings and management experience by conducting numerous property viewings on behalf of UK based property agencies. I handled viewing enquiries, delivered tailored answers to potential buyers questions and encouraged next-stage actions. Moreover, I submitted accurate positive and negative feedback from liaising with clients.
Through courses and training available with Viewber and aptitude for attention to detail, I was qualified to carry out many property inspections, inventories, and Fire door safety checks for commercial properties as well as student accommodations. As a customer service advisor, I was responsible for processing payments, handling calls from customers with queries relating to credit/debit cards and online banking. I delivered tailored advice and support to customers with personal or business accounts. I maintained accurate records and updated customer account/personal details.
I also handled vulnerable customers' financial queries with empathy and care whilst signposting customers to relevant departments within the organisation. I occasionally logged complaints as well as proactively looked for opportunities to resolve expressions of dissatisfaction leading to a better customer experience.
Administrative Officer at Church Charity Organisation | GWC (2022-10 – 2024-03)
My daily tasks as an administrative officer entailed managing phone calls and promptly responding to emails. I provided organisational support by scheduling meetings, updating calendars of important events for trustees and preparing key documents and reports. I was responsible for record keeping, data entry and handling invoices of purchased items and supplies, A vital role for me was to provide structured support to managers on demand.
This meant I had to learn how to quickly adapt to changes, new deadlines and priotise time sensitive tasks. This was challenging but I was able to build resilience and adjust to a realistic work environment. Within this role, I also had repetitive tasks such as weekly reports, scanning and filing documents which added balance to my role.
