Over the years I have determined myself to the highest standard of work and strive on success. Even with this, I have learnt to overcome and accept failure as this can be used to improve yourself in any aspect. Fresh out of school, I decided to try and find work to which I started at Bluebells dairy where I learnt first hand customer service and communication skills.
From this, I moved onto McDonald's where I worked my way up the ranks and into a role as a Team Leader. Here I was considered for the role of shift lead which unfortunately did not happen due to a change in the position.
After some time, I moved onto Mercedes-Benz as a contact services offices dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis as well dealing with complicated issues that customers may have come across. In this time I have spent many hours building relationships with customers and gaining there trust to book their vehicles in for the necessary work. My communication has meant they now come directly to myself when they require any work to be completed which demonstrates their satisfaction in my work.
