AVIEMORE: Responsible for sole day to day operation of Costa Coffee within the resort, from start-up until closing, whilst simultaneously providing Bar Service and food at adjoining Sports Bar / Lounge. When additionally required, also bartended and waited at restaurants within the resort. Night porter duties included doing walkarounds ensuring no hazards, attending Fire panel alarms, taking calls and requests from and assisting guests.

KINLOCH RANNOCH: Temporarily relocated due to staff shortage. Reception duties included taking bookings by phone, using Opera, liaising with staff from other hotels and businesses, opening and closing bars, responsible for the hotel safe, supervising and directing bar staff and cleaning staff as required, liaised with Hotel Manager and performed any duties required.
