I was a nurse back in Zim for 15 years working at a hospital and a clinic.lam currently a senior care assistant with Barchester company for 2 years now. I do like my jobs and thrive for satisfaction always. Iam able to deliver person centered care, writing and reviewing care plans, medication administration and monitoring/ leading my juniors to ensure a better shift for the benefits of residents.

I do always maintain my professional boundaries when delivering care and to respect privacy and dignity to our residents.

I was a nurse for 15year in Zimbabwe. I did domicilliary care work here for 3 months, 15 months in a nursing home and 10 months in a residential home till now as a senior care assistant with Barchester company.
