From my experience in acrobatic gymnastics at Acrobay i have learned discipline, teamwork and leadership skills through supporting others in training. Time management from balancing 5 higher qualifications at school, competitive training, and also coaching. I also have the ability to stay calm under pressure during competitions and coaching sessions. I am also confident as I have had to speak to large groups of children and also parents to help the gymnasts improve.
