Eva Delaney

During my work at a pottery cafe, I ran the shop by myself most days so have experience in all aspects of store management such as taking payments, answering the phone, and dealing with customer issues. I also had to provide instructions for customers and create a safe and fun environment for them to paint their pottery. The responsibility of running the store has required a large degree of multitasking and confidence in the tasks required.

In my role as a carer, I have also been put in positions of significant responsibility and responding to individual’s needs. As a result of this role, I have been enhanced DBS checked.
