Having now completed my A-levels, I am enrolling at Brookes University in September 2026, and am enthusiastic to immerse myself into new opportunities. I would love to contribute my social and analytical expertise into the workplace whilst expanding on my current skills and knowledge in various industries. My strengths lie with my love for meeting new people and interacting with customers, alongside my devotion for working hard in order to support my team and company.

Grew areas of my knowledge over various high end mens fashion retailers, and remained in a customer facing position to consolidate great communication skills. I take pride in my report building and work hard in maintaining strong customer relationships with the brand.

Exceptional and faultless product and manufacturing knowledge. Consistently having one-on-one consultations to build a rapport, whilst providing the customer with a comfortable and satisfactory service. During my managerial role, I sent and monitored emails in regards to customer inquiries, complaints and handled in-company discussions about stock placement and information on the Oxford store.

During my time here, I have received many positive online reviews on the Oxford Loake page regarding my service and personally brought dog treats and sweets for other staff and myself to give out to families with dogs and children.
